Welcome to EstateDealTrack. These terms govern your access and use of our services, info products, and goods for real estate transactions on EstateDealTrack.com.

1. Services

EstateDealTrack offers professional support for property listing coordination, documentation management, and closing facilitation. Services commence upon confirmation and may be scheduled based on availability.

Unless otherwise stated, services are personal and non-transferable.

2. Info Products

We provide educational materials in electronic format such as guides, templates, and tutorials that assist users in navigating property processes. Delivery occurs instantly upon purchase.

3. Goods

Physical items include branded forms, folders, and promotional items. Delivery times vary and will be indicated at checkout.

4. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval and issued via the original payment method or via a check sent to the address on file.

4.1 Services

If a service is canceled at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled start, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellation within 7 days is non-refundable; however, you may request to reschedule the service in accordance with our postponement terms.

4.2 Info Products

Electronic materials are eligible for a refund within 30 calendar days of download, provided no more than 10% of content is accessed. Requests after this period or with higher usage are not eligible.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 15 calendar days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs for items sent back. Items received damaged or defective are fully covered by us.

5. Postponement Terms

To postpone a scheduled service, submit a request at least 3 calendar days before the appointment. Postponement is subject to slot availability and may carry a fee of up to 10% of the service fee if requested within the 7-day cancellation window.
